Must Provide all info prior to the first of each month to be qualified to start. info required are as followed.

High School Diploma or GED.
State issued Government Photo ID.
Social Security card/Birth Certificate.
$100 Application Fee
must come in to fill out enrollment application

$1200 First Month Tuition
